"Neon Lights was an all round immersive and engaging creative journey" - The Business Times
With his eclectic blend of R&B and electronica, Blood Orange is set to bring the funk on. Since bursting onto the scene in 2004 as a teenaged member of dance-punk band Test Icicles, London-born singer-songwriter-producer Dev Hynes has barely stopped to pause for breath. With six albums under his belt, including two under the moniker Lightspeed Champion and three under his current handle, Hynes’ output has been prolific, while he’s also found time to write songs for an enviable roster of collaborators, including FKA twigs, Florence and the Machine, Carly Rae Jepsen, The Chemical Brothers and Kylie Minogue. Arriving in Singapore on the back of his summer release, the synthed-up slice of R&B funk Freetown Sound, Hynes will be out to demonstrate why NME once named him the 20th coolest man in music.
